Non-commercial fan works are open by default.
Posts, videos, avatars, wallpapers, emoji packs, and fan stories can begin within the agreement scope.

Platform-native earnings are allowed.
Creator funds, traffic revenue share, voluntary tips, live gifts, and platform event rewards belong to the creator.

Commercial activity must be reported first.
Brand ads, product promotion, affiliate links, coupon codes, and regular merchandise sales need official authorization.

Child-image safety lines are zero tolerance.
Sexualized, suggestive, violent, bloody, or image-damaging content must not be published.

Do not impersonate official channels or claim rights.
Do not register related trademarks, domains, company names, or sign, charge, or solicit business as official.

Can I start a fan account now?
Yes. Follow the creator agreement, and avoid profile wording that could make people mistake your account for the official channel.
Can Otta O appear in a sponsored post?
You can pursue it, but do not sign it yourself. Submit the commercial report first so the official side can review IP authorization boundaries. The lead remains protected for you.
Do I need to sign an authorization contract to sell small fan goods I make at a convention?
If the quantity and revenue stay within the simplified reporting limits, email reporting is enough. Long-term online sales or third-party mass production need formal authorization.
